RAPAX AS is a microbiological insecticide based on Bacillus thuringiensis serovar kurstaki, 24,000 I.U./mg T.ni. It has a high specificity of action against lepidoptera larvae and acts by ingestion. After consuming the lethal dose of RAPAX AS, the larvae stop feeding, but can remain on the leaves for a few days before dying.
RAPAX AS has a new liquid formulation, more resistant to UV rays, with reduced photodegradability. This product can be applied with a water pH of 6 to 8, which distinguishes RAPAX AS from other Bt-based products.
